We run corporate Pilates and fitness sessions outside of our regular class schedule, which makes it easy to bring wellbeing into your workplace rhythm without anybody rearranging their day.
Corporate classes do more than fill an hour. They are an effective way to:

Planning a hens party or a special gathering? A private class is a lovely way to begin the day: it grounds the group, gets everyone moving and sets the tone for what follows.

Private Reformer Hens Class

Up to 10 people
15 minutes exclusive studio hire before class, a 50 minute reformer class, then 20 minutes for bubbles and photos.
- Exclusive use of the studio for the duration
- A Pilates class built for the group, fun and accessible at all levels

- Basic decorations welcome (not provided)

Add-ons

Our studio is available to hire for workshops, wellness events, small group training, creative projects and instructor class practice. Tell us what you have in mind and we will help set it up.
