Studio Etiquette

At The Cove, we value you and your experience within the studio. Therefore, we have some core values which we endeavour to uphold and are sure you align with.

Please be kind

We are a community of like-minded and caring people. We respect each other’s journey and are a non-judgmental fitness space. Harassment and bullying are not tolerated toward other patrons or staff.

To prevent the slip and slide

Please ensure socks (preferably grip) and appropriate attire are worn to your class so that you can freely flow, move and enjoy your practice. Socks are sold in the studio (while stocks last).

Switch off

Phones are to be turned on silent and preferably left in your bag for the duration of your class.

Your time is precious!

Therefore, please turn up on time for your class. We understand delays do happen, however we cannot allow you to participate 5 minutes after the commencement of the class. You will be charged as if in attendance. This is both for your safety (ensuring an adequate warm-up) and in respect for other patrons.

Children and dependents

Please note that we cannot accommodate children and pets within the studio.

Cancellation and No-Show Policy

We understand that sometimes life gets in the way and you may need to cancel a class reservation.

We ask that you cancel your spot at least 6 hours prior to the commencement of your class to allow another patron to take your place.

If a class is cancelled later than 6 hours, the class will be deducted and a late cancellation fee of $10 will be charged.

In the event the class reservation is not cancelled and the patron does not show up, we will deduct the class as if they were in attendance and charge a $15 no show fee.

Your attendance and progress is as important to us as the smooth functioning of our studio.

This is why we will strictly enforce our cancellation and no show policies.
