Welcome! We are so excited that you have decided to join us at The Cove Pilates and Fitness. 



A little info before you join our classes



If you are entirely new to Pilates we strongly recommend that you participate in a beginner class before joining any of our open level or cardio classes. For your safety and for the safety of others in the class we need to briefly explain how the machine works and how you can confidently make adjustments throughout classes. 


Pilates grip socks must be worn as a matter of safety and hygiene.


Please wear comfortable exercise clothing.
