Pregnancy



If you are pregnant and are under 15 weeks pregnant, we highly recommend you inform your instructor as soon as you are comfortable to do so, in order to provide reasonable modifications where needed. Prior to 15 weeks, please feel free to attend classes as per normal. We recommend either beginner or flow classes. 


At 15 weeks pregnant please inform your instructor so that we can suitably modify your workouts to help safely continue your Pilates practice.  From 15 weeks onwards please only book in to and attend either Beginner or Flow Classes as Cardio, Sculpt and Restore are not suitable for pregnant clients.


At 27 weeks, please check in with reception for re-evaluation. Please also be advised that we have a pregnancy 1:1 offering by request.
