How Your Membership Works

At The Cove, we like to keep things simple, transparent and supportive — so you always know exactly how your membership works.


Fortnightly Memberships


Your membership fortnight begins on the day your payment is debited, giving you your next two weeks of classes in advance. For example, if you’re on a 2 classes per week membership, you’ll receive all 4 classes upfront to use however you wish within that fortnight. You’re welcome to space them out or attend multiple classes in one week — whatever suits your schedule. Any unused classes will roll over into the following membership cycle; however, classes do not roll over indefinitely. All classes have a strict one-month expiry. Please note that we do not offer membership suspensions for the purpose of catching up on unused classes. This helps us maintain fairness for our small business and for all members wanting to attend classes.


Monthly Memberships


With our monthly membership, you’ll receive 4 classes to use throughout the month, scheduled in a way that works best for you. As all classes have a one-month expiry, they do not roll over into the following month.

We always endeavour to accommodate individual needs wherever we can, and we truly value each member of our community. At the same time, as a small, family-run studio, it’s important that our policies remain fair, consistent and transparent for everyone.
